How does the Eurotunnel travel deal work?

You place an order of £250 or more to collect in store.
In the process of placing the order you will be asked to choose either one of the travel deals or our standard Click & Collect discount.
Once the store receives your order and checks it through they email you a link to a form to fill in that takes you car details, driver details, preferred travel times.
You choose your ticket travel date and times, subject to availability: Day Trip or Overnight.
We take a deposit of £50 on a credit/debit card to secure your ticket.
We book your ticket and send a confirmation email with all the details you need.
You can change your mind and revert to the regular Click & Collect discount in the event that your chosen crossing is not available.
Your £50 deposit is credited against your order when you collect.

Glass hire

Customers ordering with Majestic Wine Calais can make use of Majestic UK's free glass loan service. Choose from wine glasses, champagne flutes and hi-ball tumblers. All we ask for is a deposit, payable in advance - other than breakages, it's fully refundable. You'll need to collect the glasses from your local Majestic store, and return them clean and ready for re-use. And since you have paid a deposit, there's no time limit in which you have to return them. This service is subject to availability and must be arranged in conjunction with your Click & Collect order.

Unopened sale/return

We are happy to exchange or refund any product purchased at our stores in France. Simply return them in saleable condition to any of our French stores with your receipt. Please note that Majestic Wine stores in the UK cannot exchange or refund any product purchased in France.

Vegan/Vegetarian wines

We keep an up to date list of Vegan and Vegetarian wines simply email france@majestic.co.uk and we will send this through to you.

We accept payment in Sterling via Cash or Cheque, and in Euros through Cash or Credit/Debit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Club.

Delivery

Sadly we do not deliver to the UK from our Calais stores. For more information on our options for delivery in France please visit our Delivery page.

I have a corked Bottle, what should I do?

If you receive an unsatisfactory bottle, please contact the store that the bottle was purchased in.

Amend order

Once you have placed an order online you will receive a confirmation email with contact details of the store you are collecting from. Should you wish to amend anything on the order, please call the store, who can make the necessary changes. and also add the store contact details

Changing your order at the store

If you taste something that you prefer when you visit the store to collect your order, then we can easily amend your pre-order.

Forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password click on the 'login' link at the very top of any page. From here, below the input fields where you would normally enter your username and password you will see a text link that says Forgotten password. Clicking this will take you to a page to enter your email address and surname which will trigger an email containing a link that will allow you to set a new password.
