This wine is all about bright red and black berry fruits. It is soft and harmonious with just a touch of spice on the smooth finish.

Free-run juice and light pressings have been used to maintain a light and crisp feel to the wine, with a long 3-week fermentation period followed by 2 weeks on lees for softness of texture.

Intense flavours of blackberries and plums. Complexity and harmony is added to this wine by 9 months of ageing in oak barrels.

At least £4 less than our UK price! Maximum fruit character is obtained by hand-harvesting and cold fermentation of the Sauvignon grapes, and the addition of 2% Semillon helps keep the blend well-rounded.
